Be careful yesterday the manager was observed packaging the baked goods by hand. He was at the register island putting the baked goods in the plastic bags by hand. I observed him touching the register, the door to the kitchen and other surfaces then going back to packaging the baked goods with his bare hands!!! After touching various surfaces he never washed his hands he went back to touching the food items. I asked was he the owner and was told he was the manager. The blonde waitress was nice but she touches her hair constantly and after sweeping up went to the window to pick up the plates for the patrons. Didnโt wash her hands after sweeping or touching her hair. This was around 5:30p yesterday๐คฎWe canceled our entrees and left.

It was my husband and I first time at FOJ. Our server, REINA, went above and beyond, accommodating every request with a smile. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, which has a fantastic selection of dishes, and we loved everything we tried. To sum it all up - the restaurant has great food, amazing service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We canโt wait to come back again.

Had an awesome experience at FOJ. The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients in everything they make. The atmosphere is clean, relaxed, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly from the moment we walked in. I especially appreciated how the menu has healthy options that still taste amazing โ not always easy to find. Everything we ordered was excellent, and the portions were great too. Definitely one of the best spots in Macon for lunch or a casual dinner. Highly recommend!

Billyโs Letโs Eat Review of FOJ on December 2nd, 2025 After stuffing my face on Thanksgiving and the leftovers that followed, I wanted something for lunch that wasn't going to make me feel grossly over stuffed. I wanted a salad! FOJ has been on my radar for a while now because they always post whimsical combinations of food! The FOJ eatery has a variety of Sandwiches, Salads, Burgers and some daily and nightly features on their menu. The highest price menu item I saw was only $20 with the average meal item being between $14 and $16. Fun Fact: FOJ stands for Fountain Of Juice and it's owned by the daughter of the woman who founded the famous Macon fine dining restaurant, Natalia's. Vibe: This is giving me a fast paced New York City Deli vibe. Walk up counter, bar seating and table service is all available. It's one of those busy places where the servers are constantly walking in a hurry carrying no less than 6 plates at a time. It's kinda like watching the ballet for foodies. So, let's eat! What I Ordered: Artie's Cobb Salad = $16 Egg, Avocado, Corn, Bacon, Tomato & Len Berg's Bleu Cheese Dressing. All the veggies were fresh, crisp and cut to perfect size so you won't even need a kn

As a self-proclaimed foodie, itโs so nice to be able to grab a to-go or dine-in fabulous bite of *real* food in Macon! The house-made Pavo Turkey Burger is my go-to and hard to not get every visit, but I enjoy several others when Iโm feeling a change! The Roasted Chicken Salad with the poppyseed dressing I could DRINK, the famous chicken salad that I could -and do- eat right out of the deli containers sold in their cold case, and the Chicken Pesto sandwich on toasted sourdough with a pesto aioli worth writing your Nonna about, to just name a few faves! With the cost of everything these days I feel this establishment not only delivers with its food quality and variety, but service that shines genuinely from their employees! Absolutely recommend giving them a try!
